The sleuth is called to Gossington Hall by her old friend Dolly Bantry when she finds the corpse of an unknown blonde in the library of her home. It soon transpires that there is no shortage of suspects, including local bad boy Basil Blake and Dolly's husband Arthur , but when the victim is identified as a dancer in line to inherit a fortune, enquiries take a different turn. Crime drama, starring Geraldine McEwan, with Simon Callow, Jack Davenport and Tara Fitzgerald.
