Gordon Ramsay continues his travels across America saving failing restaurants from disaster. In the first of two visits to Mill Street Bistro in Norwalk, Ohio, the chef encounters Joe Nagy, who claims he has the best menu from New York to Los Angeles. However, his servers and diners tell a different story, and his resistance to change leads to some explosive confrontations.
