Gordon Ramsay heads to Florida to help the owners of Fleming, a Danish restaurant in Miami. A husband-and-wife duo bought the business eight years ago in the hope of continuing the place’s success, but started losing money rapidly. With a Cuban chef cooking Nordic cuisine and a filthy kitchen, things go from bad to worse until it all comes to a head on relaunch night.
