PC Martain Anderson races to a hit-and-run on the outskirts of Sunderland in which a Ford Fiesta has ploughed into another car at high speed, sending it spinning and leaving the elderly driver with serious head injuries. Northumberland PC Jan Simlesa is on the hunt for a van reportedly being used in pallet and petrol thefts, but when he finally tracks it down, the driver claims everything is legal and above board.
