Return of the documentary following the work of Maritime and Coastguard Agency teams across the length and breadth of the UK. The Isle of Wight is the scene of a dangerous boating accident that has left three passengers with serious injuries, while an 85-year-old woman hangs on for dear life as treacherous waves crash against her in Llanaber, North Wales. At Bassets Cove in Cornwall, passers-by call for help when they spot a couple who have been stranded on a rock cut off by the tide.
