On the first night in Sheffield, head chef Monica and front of house manager Katrina at Sicilian restaurant Bella Donna serve up serious seafood and breaded beef. Next up, Fraser and Karine try to impress their guests at their American smokehouse, Backyard BBQ. Finally, trendy Harry and Yav host at Mexican restaurant Piña. Sensitive eater Karine struggles with the spice, while barbecuer Fraser lives up to his messy-eater reputation.
