The chef again comes to the aid of failing American restaurants, starting in Fishtown, Philadelphia, where he tries to help the three owners of the Hot Potato Cafe, which has not made a profit in two years. Spurred on by a scathing review by an influential critic, he makes radical changes to alter the staff's attitudes and create food that is up to his own exacting standards.
