Reality

The chef tries to transform the fortunes of Sebastian's, a pizzeria in Burbank, Los Angeles, which is failing to attract customers, leaving the owner in debt and struggling to support his family. Gordon is horrified to discover pre-processed and frozen ingredients on the menu, but there seems to be little he can do to help when he is thrown out of the kitchen.
