In Alicante, Sophie and Charlotte Rodriguez try to make holiday home dreams come true for retired NHS worker Julie from Swansea, whose perfect pad includes two bedrooms, outside space and room for her best friend to visit. It's up to the Rodriguez sisters to come up with the goods on a 105,000 euro budget. In Málaga, Shani and Andrew Hamilton search for a Spanish home for husband and wife Mike and Eva. Eva grew up by the sea in Cornwall and is keen to add a swim in the sea to her morning routine, so a place close to the beach is a priority. She hopes her budget of 230,000 euros will secure this ambition.
