Robert is shocked to discover that he is the rightful heir to a run-down London property, previously home to a long-lost cousin, whom he hasn't seen for over 50 years. Expert carpenter Raphael Meade advises Robert on ways to capitalise on the property in such a prime location, but plans are thwarted when possible new beneficiaries to the inheritance are discovered.
