Reality

The fiery chef heads to the Seascape restaurant in the village of Islip on Long Island, New York, in a bid to change the fortunes of its owner Peter Matthews, who is nearly $1million in debt. Gordon is dismayed to discover unprotected meat and fish left next to mouldy pesto jars in the kitchen and plans to close down the eatery until radical changes are made.
