Kent couple Rachel and Chris are pushed to the limit when their relationship with their tenant breaks down and she stops paying rent, leaving them more than ?5,000 out of pocket. Now they need to get her out or they could lose the house. Elsewhere, a tenant uses scare tactics to keep his landlord off his back, and in Harrow, council housing officers investigate a residential property that has been turned into a brothel.
