Homer gets Flanders a job as a human resources supervisor at the plant. However, he soon learns that no good deed goes unpunished when his neighbour starts to insist on carpools and demands more from his work performance. Matters reach a head when Flanders suggests Mr Burns donate to charities - instead of the other way around. Meanwhile, Marge feels as though their marriage has lost its spark.
