Gordon Ramsay visits Yanni's in Seattle, where he clashes with defiant owner Peter Avgoustiou, a chef so set in his ways that he hasn't allowed any changes to his menu since the Greek restaurant opened in 1984. Peter's family is concerned the business is becoming trapped in the past, and standards are slipping, but he seems determined to stick to his guns.
