Paul O'Grady's Animal Orphans
Paul O'Grady returns to South Africa, Zambia and Namibia on the trail of young orphaned animals. In the second programme, Paul returns to the Lilayi Elephant Nursery where last year he nursed an elephant calf called Nkala who was not very well at all. Paul cannot wait to see him and is amazed how much he has grown and how strong and healthy he looks. Wondering about Nkala's safety when he returns to the wild, Paul also visits Adventures with Elephants in South Africa. Manager Sean Hensman takes in young elephants about to be culled and keeps them on his reserve, training them for interaction with tourists. Later on, Paul meets Joris - a five month old rescued cheetah cub at Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary in Namibia.
