Was macht Dir daran besonders viel Spass und wie bist Du zu diesem Beruf gekommen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karsten<\/strong>: Ich komme urspr\u00fcnglich aus dem Verkauf und habe l\u00e4ngere Zeit bei einem TV-Radio-Fachgesch\u00e4ft gearbeitet. Ich war auch lange bei einem regionalen Kabelnetz in verschiedenen Positionen t\u00e4tig \u2013 vom Shop-Verk\u00e4ufer bis zum Marketingfachmann. In all meinen Positionen habe ich immer wieder gemerkt, wie wichtig der pers\u00f6nliche Kund:innenkontakt ist und wie viel Spass ich daran habe. Aus diesem Grund bin ich immer wieder in einem Beruf mit direktem Kund:innenkontakt gelandet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamy: Als Teil unseres Support-Teams besch\u00e4ftigst Du Dich jeden Tag mit den R\u00fcckfragen unserer Kund:innen. Wie gehst Du mit kniffligen Anliegen um?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karsten<\/strong>: Es gibt grunds\u00e4tzlich eigentlich keine \u00abschweren F\u00e4lle\u00bb, nur einen l\u00e4ngeren L\u00f6sungsweg \ud83d\ude09. Bei F\u00e4llen, bei denen wir im First-Level-Support nicht weiterkommen, bespreche ich das immer auch mit meinen Kolleg:innen. Es kann immer sein, dass jemand in einem Bereich gerade mehr Kompetenzen hat als ich. Das ist aber unsere St\u00e4rke: Wir sprechen uns ab und helfen uns gegenseitig und so kommen wir zu einer schnellstm\u00f6glichen L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Kund:innen. Wenn\u2019s hart auf hart kommt, kontaktieren wir unsere Kolleg:innen aus dem Second-Level-Support, welche dann das Problem bei den richtigen Stellen schnellstm\u00f6glich platzieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamy: Bei Teleboy bieten wir ein vielseitiges Angebot an Produkten, von Mobile \u00fcber Internet bis hin zu TV ist alles dabei. Wie schaffst Du es, den \u00dcberblick \u00fcber alle Bereiche zu behalten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karsten<\/strong>: Ich bin generell eine sehr technikaffine Person und begeistere mich immer wieder f\u00fcr neueste Trends im Bereich der Telekommunikation (Internet, TV, Mobile, Festnetz) und informiere mich auf verschiedenen Kan\u00e4len \u00fcber diese Themen. Bei uns ist es eigentlich sehr simpel, denn wir haben eine sehr einfach zu verstehende Website und \u00fcber unsere Newsletter-Funktionen bin ich stets bestens informiert. Diese steht \u00fcbrigens auch unseren Kund:innen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamy: Welche Schnittstellen sind f\u00fcr Deine T\u00e4tigkeit im Support-Team von Teleboy am wichtigsten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karsten<\/strong>: Die zwischen den einzelnen Team-Mitgliedern. Wie oben schon erw\u00e4hnt, sprechen wir uns in vielen F\u00e4llen intern ab und kontaktieren einander, wenn wir gerade nicht weiter wissen. Dank diesem geballten Wissen, k\u00f6nnen wir alle Kund:innenanliegen schnellstm\u00f6glich l\u00f6sen. \ud83d\udc35<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamy: Welche Fragen werden Dir von unseren Nutzer:innen am h\u00e4ufigsten gestellt und auf welche gibt es vielleicht sogar ganz einfache Antworten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karsten<\/strong>: \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teleboy.ch\/magazin\/internet\/10-tipps-fuer-eine-stabile-und-schnelle-internetverbindung\/\">Schlechte WLAN Abdeckung<\/a>\u00bb&nbsp;ist ein Dauerbrenner bei uns. Das einfachste dabei ist immer darauf zu achten, dass der Router nicht versteckt in einer Ecke oder in einem geschlossenen Schrank installiert wird, sondern immer an einem zentralen Ort mit Sichtkontakt (z. B. einem Regal im Wohnzimmer). Das hilft schon sehr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamy: Was war eine besonders lustige Situation, die Du im Support erlebt hast? Gab es eine witzige Anfrage, die Dir im Ged\u00e4chtnis geblieben ist?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karsten<\/strong>: Spontan f\u00e4llt mir hierzu ein Fall ein: Ein Sohn fragte f\u00fcr seine Mutter, wie man das WLAN in den Namen \u00abMama, hier dr\u00fccken\u00bb umbenennen kann. Seine Mutter hat es n\u00e4mlich st\u00e4ndig deaktiviert und man musste es manuell anw\u00e4hlen.
