Offbeat animated comedy following the crazy adventures of a mismatched brother and sister duo - who just happen to be a dog and a cat. Bagel finds a super disgusting hobo hat which repulses everyone except for a group of fleas who think Bagel is amazing, but soon begin to control his every move. Becky tries to separate Bagel from his new friends before they suck Bagel and the town dry of their blood.
